Title: Persecution

-When I chose you, I chose to be spat on.

-When I chose you, I chose to be mocked.

-When I chose you, I chose to be slapped.

-Why is it that as a person graduates from college and broadcasts it on the net or away messages, we smile and applaud them.

-But when God blesses a person or someone chooses to follow Christ, they hear nothing but cricktes.

-But are we not suppose to rejoice in the Lord!?

-We Are!

-So: I, YOU, THEY and WE shall rejoice.

-We can broadcast useless things such as dating problems, getting paid or missing someone BUT forget about sharing our struggles and blessings that God brings our way! According to the "world", if we do, we are "supposedly" better than the next?

-FALSE

-We are ALL given the same opportunity to reach out to God and experience HIS LOVE.

-In Acts chapter 17 verse 27 says, "So that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him, though he is not far from each one of us".

-So what's the problem "world?"

-Is it cuz I rejoice in the Lord through my life, facebook, aim and bbm that you are against me?

-Just because I am not the same me, I am still a human being; with emotions and compassion so when you cut me don't I bleed?

-But it is the same "world" that mocked, spat, and killed Jesus,has that plan for me!

-So go and TRY your plan.

-My faith and lifestyle changes have angered many and FEW are TRULY happy for me.

-The old Joy is DEAD, so my life has just begun.

-Call me FAKE or say this is just a PHASE because my enemies are watching me closely in anticipation that I fall.

-I am still of flesh "world" so I WILL fall but God will pick me up

-If your waiting for the old me to be born again, it is like WAITING FOR A WOMAN TO GIVE BIRTH TO HER CHILD AFTER IT HAS BEEN ABORTED.

-I am not afraid to "broadcast" my faith but people are discouraged, judgemental or angered instead of being encouraged.

-MY club hopping, drunkeness and sexual immortality is over and gone.

-Others laugh and mock my changes but I just simply say: Why should I compromise my faith for 2 or 3 hours out of the day just for the "good ol' drunken days"

-MANY call themselves christians BUT live ungodly lives deliberately. For if you are woman would you live your life like a man?

-I am NOT who I am BUT I am who I am according to God's words.

-This is just the beginning of the many battles that will be fought but when I came out from that water, I was clothed to win!

-So continue to hate me "world" since I am no longer "a part of it". Hate, mock, spit, and question my faith because I am only judged by a loving God I am serving.

-Who are you serving?

-Yourself or God?

-The question is for all but the answer is not for me, its for you!

-Watch me and observe me as a NEW me. If you can't bear to see God's blessing or miracle look away from me.

-You can hate me, distance yourself from me as if I am a "disease" but I have nothing but love and compassion for my enemies.

-Since I do, I NO longer only pray for me, I pray for YOU too.
