Title: From heartache to a smile

To prove your point, sometimes you have to be silence. As angry as you may be from rumors and lies about you, you have to walk away from it PEACEFULLY. You can not always make a scene just to prove a point to ignorant ears. All you have to do is pray and give it up to God because he ALWAYS exposes to the truth. I have always been loud in my defense but NOW I am learning how to handle myself silently. Not to say that I am not annoyed or angered by derogatory terms associated with my name because I am. What angers me the most is that the one who was suppose and claim to always be there left me hanging defenseless. The one who "knows" me best. I beg to differ now. Ladies, if you want to know if a man truly does care and love you, see how he is to you when you are no longer together (that goes vice-versa with us ladies). You do not have to be with a person to still love them. Its how you treat and "protect". Love is no longer an emotion to me. Its an action. Just as how a husband will always defend his wife, fyi thats an action, I expect the same from a relationship. Money does not buy happiness nor does going out to places. Building a deep bond where your significant other is your best friend does. You have communication, truth and honesty. They know you best and will always be at your defense. I cant say I regret past loves because that would be a lie. But I can say that it has taught me how to be a better woman to the next man I am with. Heartbreaks do not have to be rooted from cheating but can be rooted from how one is treated. When love has walked away from you, take one good look at its "back" and know that a new love will walk towards you. Don't have a "its to good to be true mentality", just know that God is tired of you crying and wants to see you smile, so a good man will be coming to you soon.
