Title: From heartache to a smile

To prove your point, sometimes you have to be silence. As angry as you may be from rumors and lies about you, you have to walk away from it PEACEFULLY. You can not always make a scene just to prove a point to ignorant ears. All you have to do is pray and give it up to God because he ALWAYS exposes to the truth. I have always been loud in my defense but NOW I am learning how to handle myself silently. Not to say that I am not annoyed or angered by derogatory terms associated with my name because I am. Title: Persecution

-When I chose you, I chose to be spat on.

-Why is it that as a person graduates from college and broadcasts it on the net or away messages, we smile and applaud them.

-But when God blesses a person or someone chooses to follow Christ, they hear nothing but cricktes.

-But are we not suppose to rejoice in the Lord!?

Title: A Second Chance

-A missing component in today's life is searching for that person to relate to when it seems like your words are spoken as question marks.

-He can then translate my words into sense and there I can truly call him my best friend.

-Many mistakes have been made on both ends but neither of us has kept records of our wrongs or wrote out a bibliography of each others past.

Title: The Process of Growing up into a Woman

-The definition of a REAL woman does not lay in-between her legs or underneath her shirt.

Put together the broken pieces.

Use your words and intellectual intelligence to create a beautiful masterpiece.

Where my trust lays and I stare back at your gaze upon me. Feels hotter than the blazing sun kissing my deep brown skin.

Teach me your flaws so that I learn to love you as imperfect. So that I can take your heart and see nothing wrong with it.

Learn to love my flaws and past mistakes.

Don't judge nor hate me for who I am and the woman I will become to be.

Many people will feel useless pain when they choose to ignore the truth and consume assumptions. So my very last words to them is: "feel better soon".

Don't consume the lies about me nor the speculations.

Follow your heart which is beating within you that will one day lead you to the truth.

Title: The "test" of love

I have grown to learn that the true test of love is time. With time comes difficulties and lies but if the love is deeply rooted in truth then it can not be shaken nor broken. What to do when love is lost or broken? Work to prove truth in ones heart or let it go? I have worked to prove my side for way to long that it is time to let go. Let go of a love that has been rooted in lies. Rooted so deep that growth has and will never be seen. Time has showed that love can withstand it all but when it is so quick to wither and die, allow it to die. Allot for love to be and stay broken. You can not plant a seedless plant for it will never grow. My gardening skills now has to be changed and re-learned so that I can plant a type of strong love that will and can grow when it is watered and loved. My "sun" has always been you. Thinking that you have bathed me in heat but your sun rays has only hindered my growth. Love is not always
