Title: How I feel about you

-Kiss me with the word of God. Bless me with his words through the words that you say. I hear your passion in your masculine voice for the one who gave his life away.

-Hold me in your arms tightly and love me like Christ loved the church. There I know I am safe in a place where my heart is your new home and your heart is my home. I have moved in to a place of security warmth and comfort.

-Struggle with life so that I can take note of your win because you do not handle the battle on your own anymore because you always give your troubles to the Lord. With that being done, you have won a battle that is no longer yours.

-Encourage me to grow in his mercy and grace. A man that I submit to should never leave my astray but keep the burning desire I have for the Lord lit up brighter than a candle.

-Please don't judge my shameful past. I have made MANY mistakes from my old and dead lifestyles. My drunken days have kept me away from

Title: A Second Chance

-A missing component in today's life is searching for that person to relate to when it seems like your words are spoken as question marks.

-He can then translate my words into sense and there I can truly call him my best friend.

-Many mistakes have been made on both ends but neither of us has kept records of our wrongs or wrote out a bibliography of each others past.

-In his eyes, I am simply brand new.

-But being with me has come with a huge price to pay.

-Words have just surfaced up like a tidal wave trying to knock down what we got. Rumors have began growing like a gerber baby but this thing we got is more than just a "baby".

-Yet I am still brand new in his eyes.

Title: The Art of Love

Look beyond the shattered glass that holds my old and past memories.

Put together the broken pieces.

Use your words and intellectual intelligence to create a beautiful masterpiece.

Where my trust lays and I stare back at your gaze upon me. Feels hotter than the blazing sun kissing my deep brown skin.

Teach me your flaws so that I learn to love you as imperfect. So that I can take your heart and see nothing wrong with it.

Learn to love my flaws and past mistakes.

Don't judge nor hate me for who I am and the woman I will become to be.

Many people will feel useless pain when they choose to ignore the truth and consume assumptions. So my very last words to them is: "feel better soon".

Don't consume the lies about me nor the speculations.

Follow your heart which is beating within you that will one day lead you to the truth.

The art of love or a love like this is a masterpiece in the making.

Title: The "test" of love

I have grown to learn that the true test of love is time. With time comes difficulties and lies but if the love is deeply rooted in truth then it can not be shaken nor broken. What to do when love is lost or broken? Work to prove truth in ones heart or let it go? I have worked to prove my side for way to long that it is time to let go. Let go of a love that has been rooted in lies. Rooted so deep that growth has and will never be seen. Time has showed that love can withstand it all but when it is so quick to wither and die, allow it to die. Allot for love to be and stay broken. You can not plant a seedless plant for it will never grow. My gardening skills now has to be changed and re-learned so that I can plant a type of strong love that will and can grow when it is watered and loved. My "sun" has always been you. Thinking that you have bathed me in heat but your sun rays has only hindered my growth. Love is not always

When I first talked to you
I felt like I had known you forever,
telling you my problems
and what I didn't want ever.

You listened to me
I bet you thought I'd never end,
who would have thought
we would be the best of friends.

Over a period of time,
I got to know the real you.
A guy so charming and gentle,
with a heart so true.

You've survived your life
with me by your side.
I told you I'd never leave
because of the feelings I have inside.

There was a time
I wanted to explore,
what would have happened
if I would only open the door.

I know you
like no one I have ever known,
and sometimes I wonder
what do I do when we're alone?

So I have decided
time answers all.
If it is meant to be
time will remove the wall.

Standing between us,
holding us back,
allowing us to feel
It's the relationship that we lack.

I love the way we are together,
you can always make me smile.
